Pickup & delivery

Where can I pick up my order?

Pickup is at Le Swan Bakery on Dairy Ashford, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ask for Karen when you arrive.

Do you deliver?

You can request delivery when you inquire. Include your address or ZIP code so I can check availability and provide a quote based on distance.

Booking & timing

How does booking work?

Send an inquiry with your event details and ideas. I review every request personally and reply within 48 hours. When the details are set, I’ll send an invoice. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

Custom commissions start at $100.

How far ahead should I order?

Please inquire 1–3 weeks before your event. For weddings and large events, 1–3 months ahead gives us the best chance to plan your cake. Dates can fill quickly, so earlier is always better.

I make each order from scratch and take on a limited number of cakes each week so I can give every piece the attention it deserves. All dates are subject to availability. Your order is confirmed only after I approve the details and your 50% deposit invoice is paid.

Please reply to order emails promptly, especially as your event gets closer. Availability may change while we’re working out the details.

Cancellations & date changes

Your cake takes time to make. I order ingredients, bake, and work on the design in the days leading up to your event, so cancellation options depend on how much notice I have.

14 or more days before your order date

Cancel for a full refund.

4–13 days before your order date

Cancel for store credit equal to the amount you’ve paid.

3 days or less before your order date

The full order price is due. No refund or store credit is available.

Your order date is your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

If you need to change your date, please contact me as soon as possible. Date changes depend on availability and follow the same notice windows above.
